Taylored Arts

Taylored Arts Inc. is the business structure to Taylor Gallegos’ creative artistic endeavors.  He needed a larger venue for his entrepreneurial artistic spirit, and thus began a company that could house his ambitions; a place to share his love for paintings, drawings, commissioned portraits, murals, live shows and fine art exhibitions.  Taylored Arts Inc. is the company name under which he works and files the business aspects of that work.  In the future he would like to represent other artists and explore new artistic avenues so that he can expand Taylored Arts Inc. into a successful, fully functioning business of art commerce.

Artist's Biography

Taylor Gallegos has been exhibited in solo and group shows in art galleries and local businesses throughout the western United States and abroad—including, to name a few recent exhibitions: the Walnut St. Gallery in Fort Collins, Colorado; Montana Arts in Bozeman, Montana; The Teal Gallery in Breckenridge, Colorado; and the Santa Chiara Art Center in Castiglion Fiorentino, Italy.

In Addition, his work is in public and private collections from Hawai’i to New York City—and in between.  Recently, Taylor Gallegos has come to life in his artwork by painting in public and composing large scale murals at various venues in and around Denver, CO.

Taylor Gallegos was born in Boulder, Colorado in 1982. Proficient at color and shape from an early age, Taylor always studied and created art.  He received a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, with a double concentration in Drawing and in Painting.  Since then he has worked in art galleries and custom frame shops while establishing himself as a professional artist whose work many people and businesses are proud to own.

Artist's Statement

“I enjoy the opportunity to create something new and unique.  Whether my inspirations draw from the simplicity or complexity of something or someone, the colors or the forms of a situation, the balance or asymmetry of perception, or the rhythm of a momentary phenomenon—I always strive to make art that is original and distinctive.  The most interesting thing I find with my art is that when I am painting a person, object or concept, often what I am really portraying in the painting is how I am relating and looking to the outside world at the time of the painting’s creation; there is a subtle internalized triangular relationship between painter, subject, and audience.”
